Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your items within 1 business day from your order. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be issues with stock listings online and so we accept no responsibility for any errors in stock quantities that may result in you not receiving your product promptly. This may include additional wait times to receive stock from suppliers that are on back-order. 

When shipping your products, we'll do our very best with packaging the items so that you receive them in good condition. If the items you receive are damaged in transit, please inform us via email (eaton@keylocation.com.au) so that we can make arrangements to fix things.

Our shipping is provided by Australia Post and we ship via express postage. We cannot guarantee delivery times as these are determined and governed by Australia Post themselves. If available, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can see the progress of your delivery.

Currently, we offer a flat rate of $12.95 for Express Post, and Free Shipping for orders over $100. Pet tags are also Free Shipping with no minimum order value.
